Cycle to Utopia

H. G. Wells once said "Cycle tracks will abound in Utopia." In that spirit, for FHE last night we biked up Provo Canyon, from University Parkway to Vivian Park--about 9.5 miles each way.

Bridal Veil Falls
Awesome:
  • Beautiful trees and waterfalls
  • Feeling the burn!
  • Chicken salad sandwiches
  • Will not going full speed so we could bike side by side
  • Crossing riding the Provo River Parkway off the bucket list
Post-Ride Back on University
 Not so Awesome:
  • No padding on the seats. At all.
  • Having a flat tire as we take the bike off the rack. Had to go back to the shop just before they closed for a new tube
  • Gnats in my mouth, nose, and worst of all eyes
Overnight rentals from BYU equals no living room space, but it was worth it

Theme Song: Bicycle Race, Queen
